-Open mould for your product - according to your design(the drawings you sent )

-3D plastics sample will sent to you to check and assembly with your skirting board (2-3 days)

-Once 3D plastics sample is get your approval we will open official mould and make a zinc alloy sample for you re-check.(15-20days)

-Once you confirm all details and mould well ready ,then you can release official order and manufacture product in bulk quantity.
